Professor David Peimer
Professor of Theatre, UK
David Peimer was born in South Africa, studied at Columbia University on a Fulbright Scholarship. He has taught at universities in South Africa, Europe, and now the UK. He is a professor of Theatre and Literature and has published widely, both scholarly work and theatre texts and libretti. Professor Peimer has travelled extensively giving papers in many parts of the world. He has directed over 40 plays in 3 continents, won numerous awards and written over 15 plays. He is also on the board of the Pinter Centre, London and other esteemed organizations
