The Walking Group 

The walking group meets the second Friday of the month at 10:00 am.  A second meet a week is possible if weather is favourable.

Walks will be approximately an hour long. There are many beautiful areas in and around Kanata which we can explore.

First walk will be on Friday, September 11 at 10:00.  The green belt has been extremely soggy this summer so we will do an urban walk in the Katimavik area.  We will meet in the parking lot of the Food Basics grocery store close to the Mandarin Restaurant - at the corner of Whitney Dr and Hearst Way - just north of Katimavik at 9:45.  

Sign-up sheet will be available at our opening meeting.  Members on the list will be contacted about walks.  All members are welcome, whether you have signed up or not.”
