Spring into Action Challenge March 20 - April 20
It's time to get moving after our long winter indoors,
so reward your health and also boost our Scholarship Fund.
Help yourself AND help younger women further their education.
Submit your goals
- Goals should be manageable and based on your own capabilities.
(Example 30-minutes of movement each day or something that is manageable and realistic for you)
- For each completed activity, sponsor yourself with a dollar amount.
Get your family and exercise buddies on board too!
- If you'd like, take a few pictures of you completing your activity and send your photos to membership@cfuwkanata.ca. We'll share them with other club members.
- Tax receipts will be issued for Donations of $20 or more.

Be sure to include your own name and address so tax receipts can be sent to you
