Yoga With a Chair Second Tuesday at 1:30 pm

This class is for anyone who wants to improve their flexibility but does not want to get down on the mat (or more importantly get up from the floor!). The chair is a prop for balance poses and standing strength poses and for sitting stretches. This is not your typical chair yoga class.
