As long as you enjoy reading, this book club is for you! Do you listen to audiobooks, or prefer graphic novels? Those count as well!
Reading makes us think about things we wouldn’t otherwise ponder. We discover and learn; we are consoled and challenged. Instead of asking everyone to read the same book, we invite you to review a good read by any living author that you have really enjoyed, or that has had a special impact on you - one you can’t let go. Was it insightful? Touching? Gripping? Informative? Calming?

TSBC is a unique book club that offers a creative approach to enjoyable reading and learning about new topics.
Monthly themes are chosen in which members are open to broad and diverse interpretations. This year we are going to explore different geographical locations. Members can choose whatever book they wish to explore under such headings as; biography or memoir, history or historical fiction, art or cultural, mystery, magical realism, fiction, cookbook, music, children's book etc. The list is endless. Each member can share their personal choices of reading material. The Convenor makes a reference chart after each meeting. We have lively discussions about our chosen books.
