Kenneth Sunquist is a former senior official of the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade. Most recently, he was the assistant deputy minister for Asia and Africa, and Chief Trade Commissioner for Canada. He has seen service abroad in Kingston, Belgrade, San Francisco, Seoul, Beijing, and as ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia.

Mr. Sunquist joined the CARE Canada Board in 2010 and has served as chair of the International Operations and Programs Committee and vice chair of the Board of Directors.

We are delighted to welcome Mr. Sunquist as the keynote speaker at our Annual General Meeting.
