Andy and Tricia Carran went to the Antarctic on an expedition cruise ship with 30 or so scientists to help us understand the geology and wildlife (mammals, fish and birds) as well as climate and weather.

We came back in awe of what we had seen and understood.  We took to heart the mandate of the expedition to turn us into advocates for the Antarctic. Andy took the challenge and prepared this presentation to help share some of what we learned, including: the effect of climate change; the impact humans are having on the environment and wildlife; and what the prognosis is for the future.
